Suppose to fly out on 02 Jan. But news of the rioting due to the (mis)elections precipitated many a phone call and resulted in a two day travel delay. The new itinerary means we will miss the scheduled 03 Jan protests and hopefully allow things to settle down a bit. Although we only spend ~12 hours in Nairobi and then are safely tucked away at Mpala, we’re waiting to see if things build momentum or start to fade out…
